Just 2 hours drive from Rome; 30 min drive from Pescara airport (served by Ryanair); 15 min from beaches and 50 min from two of the country's most beautiful National Parks (Gran Sasso d'Italia & Monti Sibbillini). The region of Umbria is also a short 40 min drive away.
